Overview

Transformed the former Nelson family home site into a public plaza and parking area. The project — historically significant due to the family's land donation to the city — involved demolition, new driveway aprons, curbs, stormwater basins, and a custom bamboo boardwalk. Raimore also fabricated and erected two custom steel 'Nelson Plaza' signs, delivering the project with 100% DBE participation.
